Are there other fabric and colour options?

Our sofas and cushions are available in a range of different colours and fabrics not currently displayed. Speak to an expert if you would like to know more.

Can I order by telephone?

Yes, you can. To place an order by phone please call our team on 01472 233111. Our contact hours are: Monday - Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm GMT

Do I still get 10% off my first order during sale periods?

No, due to a lower price being offered during our sale periods the discount code will not work, however what we do offer is: if you place your first order during our sale periods the next time you order out of sale periods we will still honour the 10% discount so you don't miss out.

Can I make changes to my order?

You can make changes to your order only before it has been processed and/or fulfilled. If you'd like to make a change to your order, contact our Customer Care team by clicking here.

Do you offer price matching?

We check our prices regularly against other retailers to ensure that they are highly competitive. However, if you see an identical item cheaper on another site, please let us know and we’ll be happy to match that price for you.
